5 RRT Side Kick Remote Dummy Launcher problem

Bought the dogtra remote release extension cable for my RRT Side Kick remote dummy launcher but realized that I had not received the cable needed to connect the launcher to the remote launcher receiver. Called the company was immediately connect to a person (not a mechine) reported my problem and was sent the cable I needed. Great service, no hassel.
